Nicole Hanratty

Nicole Hanratty has over 12 years of agency and in-house experience in global and strategic partnerships, experimental marketing, creative management, consumer forecasting, public relations and journalism spanning both public and private company initiatives. Nicole is widely consulted for her attention to detail and trend-setting ideas in the wellness, entertainment, cannabis, beer, and legal industries. In her management roles, Nicole oversees company’s budgets, marketing plans, brand development, digital marketing, public relations, creative design and social media strategies.

Nicole holds a Master’s of Science in Communication specializing in Journalism Innovation from Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications; a Master’s of Arts in Political Science with an emphasis in International Politics from California State University, Northridge; and a Bachelor’s of Arts in Legal Studies and Politics with an emphasis in International Law from University of California, Santa Cruz.

Nicole has activated brands in more than five countries and across the United States. She has developed new SKUs for CPG brands as well as conceived a new CPG line with belief-based brand positioning.

Nicole executed a full brand refresh including packaging that drove significant sales volume including making Bhang the #1 and #2 edible in Ontario, Canada Q1 2020, and also made significant gains in premium markets including CA, IL and expansion into NV. Nicole also implemented revenue-generating tactics to significantly increase e-commerce revenue in one quarter.

Her attention to detail and trend-setting ideas have resulted in extensive brand growth for her clients which include Beachbody’s Autumn Calabrese, Randy Jackson of American Idol’s Firebird Music Festival, Grammy-nominated Justin Jesso, 3x Super Bowl Champion Willie McGinest, Nick Hexum and 311, Darren Kavinoky, owner’s of The Bachelor Mansion, Bhang Inc., Red Ace Organics, Cypress Hill Bhang and more.

Nicole has a passion for working with charities. She has volunteered with Special Olympics World Games, Casa Pacifica, UCLA Mattel Children’s Hospital, and Lupus LA amongst others. 

Nicole has successfully positioned two companies to go public. She is an experienced trusted team builder.

Nicole is a skilled project manager and takes creative concepts to the finish line. She has directed the redesign of multiple websites including coordinating e-comm, digital books, SEO, SEM, and social integration.

An expert in creating marketing budgets for B2B, B2C, and CPG companies, Nicole implements brand strategy through effective marketing tactics. She is an experienced contract negotiator having overseen millions of dollars of media buys for OOH, print, digital, radio and television for clients.
